Balances and Transactions are not being downloaded

Hello Slide Users,

We identified due to improvements in the Openbanking industry, some customers did not receive any balance and transaction updates recently.

If you are one of these users, please reconnect to your bank to refresh the link between Slide and your bank account.
Unsure how to do that, please tap the link Reconnect Bank Account.

If the issue persist, please let us know via the Community on our Support forum.

We were informed that by now all improvements  are done and no further issues were reported. 

If you experience  any issues with the balance or transaction import, please let us know.
